When will I receive my order?
Deliveries are made, on average, within 5 business days of your order being confirmed (Sundays and holidays not included).
You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has been shipped, allowing you to track your order. We strongly recommend checking your junk mail if you haven’t received your shipping email.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including a tracking number. Meanwhile, you can track your order here: TRACK MY ORDER.
We strongly recommend checking your junk mail if you haven’t received your shipping email.
The tracking information says my order has been delivered, but I haven’t received anything.
We’re sorry to hear that! Depending on your location, your package may have been left with a neighbour or a local shop. Please continue to refer back to the tracking page for more details. If the status doesn’t change within 48 hours, please email us
with your order number for additional help.
I haven’t received an email to confirm my order.
You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please first check your spam, and then contact us
to request that it be resent.
I would like to modify/cancel my order.
Once you place your order, we, unfortunately, can’t modify or cancel your order. However, you can exchange or return your products within 30 days, once you receive your package.
I made a mistake entering my mailing address.
If the delivery address you entered is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us
as quickly as possible. We can only modify the delivery address within 3 hours of order confirmation.
I received the wrong product or shade.
Please take a photo of the product received in error and send it, along with your order number, to email@example.com
. We will then be able to send you the correct replacement.
There is a product missing from my order.
Please take a photo of your opened package with the products you did receive and send it, along with your order number, to firstname.lastname@example.org
. We will then be able to send you the missing product.
My product is defective/damaged.
Please take a photo of the defective or damaged product and send it, along with your order number, to email@example.com
. We will then be able to send you a replacement.
Returns & Refunds
I would like to return or exchange my product.
If you’re not completely satisfied with the product you received, you can always return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving your package. Please log-in to your account on Wunder2.com, or contact us
to complete your return or exchange.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense and is not covered by the refund.
Can I return or exchange my product after 30 days?
Our return and exchange policy is for 30 days, starting the day you receive your package. We are not able to process returns or exchanges after 30 days.
How will I receive my refund/exchange?
We will process your refund as soon as your package reaches our warehouse. The refund takes up to 10 business days once the process has begun, and will be refunded to the original payment method used to place the order.
We will process your exchange as soon as your package reaches our warehouse. Exchanges are then handled in the same way as a new order; you will receive an email confirmation, followed by a shipping notification once the package is on its way.
